We also have 3 live-work units with Dyer Street frontage for anyone looking to set-up their small business storefront just below their living space. Below, in the lobby, are 2 more semi-private meeting rooms, as well as a coffee bar and lounge to refuel and take a break as needed. Here you’ll find a full kitchen, long conference table, small seating/work areas and 3 private offices. Just above our residents’ clubroom is a mezzanine co-working space known as The Collective.
