Once Kagi have processed your order, they will normally send you back a serial number within a few days. You can either register online using your credit card, or via email, fax or post by using the 'Register' application included with the DragThing 2.1 Installer.
You can register your copy via Kagi, who are a company that process shareware registrations on behalf of authors like myself.
